Multiple Desktops

If you share your Windows system with other people, or have different setups for performing different tasks, you can have multiple Desktops, each with its own icons, Start menu, and program groups. click on 'Start->Settings->Control Panel->Passwords'. Make sure you're in the 'User Profile' settings and select the second option. Different users can customize their own preferences. Check both checkboxes under the 'User Profile' settings. When you click OK, Windows asks you to restart you computer. As it reboots, Windows prompts you to set up a new user and password. You can leave the password field blank if you don't need it. Answer Yes when asked whether to save the settings for that particular user.
